Babolat Aero Pro Drive Tennis Racket The new Aero Pro Drive cortex (as used by Rafael Nadal) tennis racket...is very similar to the old version, but now incorporates the new cortex system. It has also had an update & revitalised cosmetics. It also has an improved playability - substantially more forgiving. Will this racket help 'Rafa' to go another clay court season without a loss? The Aeropro Drive incorporates the 'AERO' technology in the throat only, thereby incorporating the best attributes of the Pure Drive by keeping the beam at the original shape and width but changing the throat to the new aerodynamic shape. We found on our playtests that we could generate a lot of top spin with a faster stroke, which enabled more bite off the court.
