The adidas Predator PowerSwerve will be worn by Steven Gerrard, David Beckham, Raul, Ballack, Reo Coker and Richards to name but a few. Initially the boot will be available in 3 colourway’s, with colour updates in the new year. The new Predator PowerSwerve takes power to a whole new level with the introduction of Smart Foam and the dynamic Power-Pulse system. New patented Smart Foam adapts and changes to suit the way you kick the ball. So you get maximum power, or shock absorption, depending on your needs. The 2.5mm Predator Smart Foam gives the player increased Power, Swerve and Control. The Predator Smart Foam in the new Predator PowerSwerve gives 3% more power compared to the previous model Predator Absolute and also gives 8% more spin. The Predator grain on the upper performs equally as well in the wet as in the dry. The Dynamic Power-Pulse system moves weight in the shoe to where you need it, behind the exact place of impact with the ball to get total power transfer, and gives better flexibility. The new exchangeable Powerpulse system, which increases flexibility and comfort has a transparent window for interchangable dynamic PowerPulse. The visible powder can move free in the element. When shooting the powder can go to the point for more shooting power and when running the element is more flexible. There is also an interchangeable lightweight PowerPulse that is supplied with the boot. The comfort of the new Predator PowerSwerve has been taken to a new level with an Adiprene insert for increased comfort from the first step to the last step. The sockliner is thicker and more cushionable than in previous Predator versions. The introduction of a calf leather collar gives additional comfort around the ankle and Achilles area’s. The weight of the new Predator PowerSwerve is 20 grams less than the Absolute model.
